The information desk is always very helpful and will take you to the exhibition if asked. There are stairs and a lift to the exhibition. The audio guide is touch screen and is unsuitable. Braille and large print guides are available.

The Zoom EX is an OCR reader which takes scanned text and converts the scanned image into to an electronic text file, which can be saved and edited. The Zoom EX also provides text to speech.
The Max Colour is a CCTV which is designed like a computer mouse that plugs straight into your TV and magnifies the text on any documents such as newspapers.
