Social Enterprise in Action
Social enterprises in the West Midlands are invited to Action’s A Real Eye-Opener event in Birmingham, to find out about supporting work experience opportunities for blind and partially sighted people.
The Real Eye-Opener event is for social enterprises to see a current project in action, to meet our experts and find out more about providing employment or work experience opportunities for blind and partially sighted people.
A Real Eye-Opener will be held on Friday 5 March 2010 between 10am and 2pm and a lunch will be provided. The event will be held in Birmingham at the Concept Conference Centre, an existing social enterprise for blind and partially sighted people.
Come and find out what it's all about and taste some of the outstanding food made by the Centre’s talented chefs.
For further information or if you would like to attend, please contact Kerry Chase on 0113 386 2800 or email kerry.chase@actionforblindpeople.org.uk.
The address for the event is:
Concept Conference Centre, 58 – 72 John Bright Street, Birmingham, B1 1BN.
