Goal Ball is a visually impaired Paralympic sport which is increasing in popularity and can be played by visually impaired or sighted people. There are three players in a team, all are blindfolded and the idea is to score a goal passed the opposition team. The goal ball is basketball size with a bell in it and you save goals by listening to where the sound is coming from and then diving to make a save. Court markings are tactile so that team members are able to orientate themselves.
