Activities resources

There are many different activities to get involved with which are organised for blind and partially sighted children. At Actionnaires we take part in a variety of activities and play all sorts of sports, sometimes all we need to do is make some adaptations or use different sports equipment.

You can find out about some of our more popular activities:

Cricket

The main difference between standard cricket and blind cricket is the ball. This allows children of differing abilities, ages, experience and sight conditions to take part.

Goalball

Goalball is an exciting, indoor, three a-side team ball sport, of attack and defend - with a unique twist!

Skiing

We often make visits to dry ski slopes so children and young people can get a taste for downhill skiing.
