Big Lottery Funded projects
Action for Blind People has been awarded funding for a number of different projects designed to provide support, advice and guidance to help blind and partially sighted people.

Right to Work Project
The Right to Work Project is for visually impaired people who face barriers in finding or securing employment or self-employment independently in Middlesbrough and North Tyneside.
Independent Living Coordinator
The Reaching Communities Big Lottery Fund has provided funding for a full-time independent living coordinator in the Salisbury Action Team, which covers Wiltshire, Dorset and Hampshire.
Computer workshops
Workshops for computer training for blind and partially sighted people living in Cumbria, Devon, Cornwall, Norfolk and Suffolk have been funded by the Big Lottery Fund.
