Rock-it-Ball is a rapidly growing and fast moving ball sport which originates from North Yorkshire. With elements of dodgeball, lacrosse and hockey, Rock-it-Ball can be played by players of all abilities. The session will be accessible for all participants of any skill level, and new participants are also welcome.
This event is open to young people aged 4 to 16 (under 8s must be accompanied by an adult).
