Drop in
We think it is important to be accessible to as many people as possible. We have four resource centres and two mobile sight loss information services which allow people to drop in without appointments to meet Action for Blind People staff.
Our staff can offer informal advice and information and you can find out more about resources and equipment available such as low vision aids.
Resource centres
Our four resource centres are open across England for people to drop in and have a chat with our advisors who can provide plenty of information about services, local societies, low-vision aids and assistive technology.
Mobile sight loss information
We have two mobile vehicles on the road, making stops in towns across the UK for you to drop in and meet us, ask us questions and find out more about any equipment you could buy to help you live with sight loss.
Low Vision Centre - London
We run a specialist rehabilitation service for people who have been diagnosed as with low vision who live in the boroughs of Camden, Islington, Havering, Barking and Dagenham, and Kensington and Chelsea.
