I have a good friend in his early 50's, a self employed plasterer who is blind in one eye and finding it increasingly difficult to get work and stay in front of his financial committments. I would like to persuade him to seek advice and information about his disability but, where ??? ( Local G.P -Not very helpful! )
    Help please - Chichester area.
