• At Junction 31 continue on to A38 at Telegraph Hill
• Bear left onto A380 sign posted ‘Torquay, Newton Abbot and Teignmouth’
• Proceed on to Junction sign posted ‘Teignmouth & Shaldon B3192’
• Proceed on into Teignmouth
• At the bottom of hill, turn left and follow on in left hand lane
• After passing the railway station, turn left and follow the road up round to the right
• Take the next left up Dawlish Road
• Take the first right after the speed camera into Cliffden Close, then turn right into the Cliffden Hotel.
